For printing, high speed registration is a critical performance element necessary for accurate, crisp, color.  Kollmorgen Automation Suite delivers beautiful multi-color print performance for the OEM machine through its integrated motion architecture which provides blazing servo loop bandwidth and minimizes delays in the system.

Accurate velocity down to 0.1% of set speed is typical of slitters, wind/rewind stands with Kollmorgen Automation Suite.  This speed accuracy results in better tension control and less breakage (scrap) for the machine.  In addition, inputs from web guides, vision systems, frequency inverters, and other devices can be controlled through Kollmorgen Automation Suite, thus providing a totally integrated machine automation solution.
